Do I buy the car from JB or from the dealership?
- From the dealership. JB is a sales consultant there, and CarsWithJB is his personal website. The dealership is the seller, so your purchase agreement, financing paperwork and title are all with the dealership.

What is pre-qualification?
- A short form about your budget, down payment, job and income. It helps JB suggest cars that fit what you want to spend. It isn't a credit application or a loan offer, and there's no credit check to fill it out.

Can I trade in my current car?
- Yes. On the trade-in page, share the VIN or the year, make and model, the mileage, the car's condition and a few photos. JB looks it over himself and follows up with a number. There's no automatic online valuation.
